Welcome to Liora Keepsake. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, products, services, and checkout experience. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Store and Services

Liora Keepsake offers jewelry and related products, including personalized, engraved, made-to-order, and non-personalized items. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and checkout infrastructure we use to offer our products and services.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the store.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because jewelry finishes, stones, engraving, screens, lighting, photography, and supplier production can vary, minor differences in color, texture, scale, or appearance may occur.

Measurements, materials, product details, availability, and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary by product or fulfillment partner.

4. Personalized and Custom Products

For personalized, engraved, made-to-order, photo, name, date, birthstone, birth flower, symbol, message, or other customer-specific products, you are responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization details before placing your order.

Once production or fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Correctly produced personalized items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange, subject to applicable law and our Shipping & Returns policy.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, stock or supplier availability, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons.

An order is not considered confirmed until checkout has completed successfully and any required payment authorization has been accepted.

6. Prices and Currency

Store prices are currently displayed in USD unless otherwise shown. Taxes, duties, import charges, shipping fees, or currency-conversion costs may apply depending on your destination, payment provider, or local law.

We may update prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not retroactively affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required to correct a clear error or comply with applicable law.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers made available there. Available payment methods may vary by country, device, currency, and provider availability.

You authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. Any exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee applied by your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider is controlled by that provider.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, and whether an item is personalized or made to order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site content, branding, text, graphics, product presentation, and original creative materials on the store are owned by or licensed to Liora Keepsake and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative commercial works from protected store content without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.

11. Customer Content and Personalization Materials

If you submit text, names, photos, images, messages, or other materials for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide those materials and that they do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You grant us and our fulfillment partners a limited right to use those materials solely as reasonably necessary to produce, fulfill, support, or resolve issues with your order.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site to engage in unlawful activity, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, scrape or exploit the service abusively, or misuse checkout, payment, or account functionality.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics tools, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
